||The Jim Corbett National Park lies admidst Sal forests in the Kumaon region in the foothills of the Himalayas. Based on the Ramganga River, this park extends from 520 to 1318 sq kms across the state of Uttar Pradesh. More commonly see wildlife here includes the wild elephant, Langur, Rhesus Macaque, peacock, and several types of deer including Cheetal, Sambhar, Hog Deer and Barking Deer.
If you are patient and prayerful, you might also have the exciting opportunity to glimpse the majestic tiger, leopard, crocodile and Gharial. Keep your binoculars up and your eyes and ears open!
